Roger Kirkman joins Keller Williams most recently from a career with the Department of Defense as a Systems Analyst. He has 20+ years of superb customer service (initial training from The Biltmore Estate), process improvement, management, training, and leadership experience and is an active member of the Air National Guard. He also worked with the Logistics Squadron in Charlotte, NC, improving processes and systems, saving the NC Air Guard Wing over 30 million dollars during his 6 years there. He is an avid comic book fan, loves basketball, football, outdoor sports (hiking, rafting, camping, etc.), and overall fitness. He looks forward to bringing his unstoppable energy, work ethic, customer service, and leadership to Keller Williams and the Southern Indiana market center.
Roger is our Market Center Administrator (MCA) and is responsible for keeping the office on track and productive. Our MCA maintains personal working relationships with associates and interacts with them on a daily basis. He also helps with any miscellaneous projects and brainstorms ways to help improve the Market Center both financially and operationally. Roger serves as the Market Center’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, wearing multiple hats running the Market Centers Operation and Administration, Accounting, and Support Services.
