At Keller Williams Southern Indiana, we like to think of our Productivity Coaching Program as the vehicle that helps our agents to bridge the divide between understanding what it takes to succeed in real estate and actually doing it.  Focus, purposefulness and accountability (all key ingredients to the success we all strive for) rarely if ever come naturally. In fact, our instinct oftentimes is to run from them. But those that intentionally “stand on the shoulders of giants” and embrace the path to stellar success in our business are generally rewarded with more business than they know what to do with. Our leadership team intends to get you motivated to embrace accountability as one of the most powerful tools you have available to achieve any level of success you desire.

MISSION
Empower agents to build successful businesses through support and accountability, to take agents from zero to cap (Z2C) and then to graduate to KW MAPS Coaching.

GOALS/EXPECTATIONS FOR PRODUCTIVITY COACH & AGENT

~To help Agents lay a solid foundation to build upon so that they will graduate out of the program, with the skills, determination and confidence to have a successful and long career in Real Estate!

~Increase agent productivity and confidence. 

~PC to assist Agents in Goal Setting, planning, time blocking and accountability.

~Meet with Agents and utilize weekly 4-1-1.

~Encourage initiatives and activities necessary for agents in the program to write a contract in their first 30 days and continue momentum.

~Help agents to obtain Capper Status in their first 12 months (Earn 100% of your commission!)

~PC to hold 3 or more Power Hours a week; activities to include: 

-script and role-play activities
-lead-generation activities
-videos
-trainings on Command
-contracts & forms training

~Group coaching for Agents – new to ½ Cappers.

~Individual coaching for Agents ½ Cappers to Fully Capped.

~Agents to listen to and participate in free weekly MAPS PC Development call.

~Attend and Graduate from free IGNITE Program offered in house.

~Attend free First Step to BOLD (FSTB).

~PC will be available to answer, assist, review contracts and encourage agents.
