I had been in the business for 11 years at the same company. At first I felt the company was a great place to start my business however after 11 years I was doing the same things & getting same results and hitting a ceiling with my income. This company didn’t help me to grow my business or help me to brand myself. It was all about branding their company name. I decided to switch to Keller Williams because of the alternative way of looking at your business to grow it under YOUR personal name & not a company name. Keller Williams showed me how to truly run my real estate business as a business. After 3 years with Keller Williams I have increased my sales production exponentially and have more free time in the process. I am happier with this company & culture Keller Williams has.
